Brazil approves FedEx’s acquisition of TNT Express

FedEx and TNT Express jointly announced today that Brazil’s Conselho Administravo de Defesa Econômica (CADE) has given its unconditional approval to the takeover. This follows on from the joint statement released on 8th January 2016 announcing that The European Commission has approved the takeover.
